ELICOS programs are conducted in the International English Language Centre at Chisholm Institute in Dandenong.

Dandenong CBD is one kilometre from the Centre and has a large fresh food market, large retail shopping centre and a range of different ethnic restaurants and cafes.

Dandenong has a large multi-cultural population with residents from over 150 countries residing in the City of Greater Dandenong.

The International English Language Centre is close to main bus and train lines which provide access to the Melbourne CBD.
