Paying Your Fees 

Payment Options

There are several ways to pay your fees: online, at the bank, telegraphic transfer, bank draft/cheque, on campus, by credit card or using StudentPay. The best option for most people is using online banking, or paying on campus with EFTPOS or credit card.

Direct Deposit from an Australian bank account (online or at the bank)
Use your online banking service or visit a branch to transfer payment, using your Chisholm ID numbers as the reference.

Provide a copy of the  receipt to Chisholm by emailing to International.admissions@chisholm.edu.au or bringing it in to the office.

Bank draft or cheque 
Make sure you include your name, Chisholm ID and the course you are studying on the back of the bank draft. Address the bank draft/cheque to "Chisholm Institute".

Bring it into the the International office at Dandenong, or send to us (including your name and student ID):

Telegraphic transfer
Make sure you include your Chisholm ID, name and the payers name as the reference. Provide a copy of the telegraphic transfer to Chisholm by emailing to International.admissions@chisholm.edu.au.

On Campus
You can pay by credit card or EFTPOS. Tuition fees can not be paid in cash on campus.

Provide a copy of the  receipt to Chisholm by emailing to International.admissions@chisholm.edu.au or bringing it in to the international office at Dandenong.

Credit Card
Download and complete a credit card payment form (PDF). Email the credit card payment form to International.admissions@chisholm.edu.au or submit on campus. If you are paying your deposit, you can complete the credit card section of the course acceptance form and submit to International.admissions@chisholm.edu.au

StudentPay
The StudentPay system allows you to directly transfer your fees from an overseas bank account to Chisholm using a 3rd party. Simply go to the StudentPay website, fill in your details and print the payment confirmation. This will include a guaranteed exchange rate for 48 house and 3rd party bank account details. You can then transfer your fees from your overseas bank account, to the 3rd party, which then automatically goes to Chisholm. You can also go to your local branch for processing.

Paying in China
If you are paying in China, please select Western Union. Western Union is only available for payments made from China in local currency. Follow the instructions on the payment confirmation to transfer funds within 48 hours at your nearest China Post or China Everbright Bank that accepts Western Union payments. (Not sure of your nearest branch?)What you will need:
 Chisholm offer letter (new students need to pay the deposit amount stated on the offer letter)
or
Chisholm Feed Notice (continuing students need to pay the amount stated by the due date every semester)
 Funds in your bank account to cover the amount you need to pay
 Complete the payment within 48 hours (either online or at a bank branch)
 A printer so you can print your payment page
