Custom tours
Chisholm can design customised programs to suit client needs whether it's a study tour or a professional tour.
Study tours
Typically a study tour would include a core English language component to further develop English skills for students or industry staff.
Other activities include cultural activities or a specialised course, for example hospitality.
These programs are delivered at Chisholm.
Professional tours
A professional tour can have wide ranging objectives.
For example three senior managers from China's Chong Qing Industry Polytechnic College (CQIPC) spent several weeks at Chisholm in 2008 on a fact-finding mission under the auspices of the Australian Leadership Awards Fellowship (ALAF) Project.
The major rational of this four-week program was to enable these senior managers to ‘drill deeper’ into the roles and responsibilities of Chisholm's senior managers.
Through presentations, discussions and mentoring they were able to gain a better understanding of Chisholm's corporate governance, department management and associated issues, ICT governance, marketing and promotion, resource development and Human Resource Development.
