English Language - ELICOS

Teachers in any country can improve their English language with Chisholm's ELICOS training program.

This is a 4 week intensive program to develop the English language skills of Teachers as well as develop their knowledge and skills of current English teaching methodology.

The program can be delivered onshore at Chisholm or offshore in the Teacher's country.

Offshore delivery is more cost effective for the client while onshore delivery offers the opportunity to observe good practice at Chisholm's English Language Centre.

Graduates of the English Language Teacher Training Program will be awarded the Australian accredited Cert IV in TESOL.

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

When you graduate in the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment at Chisholm you attain the skills to coach and mentor other people.

This is a highly regarded qualification and it will open the door to training opportunities in Education and Industry.

The course content includes:

• Developing a culture of learning, practising inclusivity and promoting diversity
• Occupational Health and Safety and how to develop and implement actions for a learning environment
• How to design and develop learning programs
• Learning programs for individuals, groups, in the workplace and distance learning
• Planning and organising assessments
